FAQs

  • With degrees from Harvard and Cornell, and coursework at MIT, I bring firsthand experience from some of the most competitive schools in the world. I work with a maximum of 6 students each year, which allows me to provide personalized, one-on-one guidance. My goal isn’t just to get students accepted—it’s to help them grow through the process and set the stage for future success.

  • The earlier, the better. Ideally, students should start in their junior year of high school to maximize time for essay brainstorming, strategy development, and application refinement. However, I also work with seniors who need focused support for upcoming deadlines.

  • I offer both options, depending on what works best for you. If you’re located near the DMV, I’m happy to meet in person. For students farther away, video meetings are just as effective. Every session is personal and productive, no matter the format.

  • I work with highly motivated students who are eager to present their best selves in their applications. My students come from diverse backgrounds and have a wide range of goals—from applying to Ivy League schools to finding the perfect match at a smaller liberal arts college.

  • I help with everything from building a personalized college list and crafting standout essays to polishing resumes and strategizing application submissions. My Premier Plan includes unlimited support for up to 10 schools, while other plans provide targeted assistance. Explore the Plans section for more details.

  • In special instances, I can assist with FAFSA & financial aid forms, however this is not my focus. My focus is on the college admissions process, including applications, essays, and strategy.

  • No college admissions consultant or coach can guarantee admission. The admissions process is highly complex, influenced by many factors, including limited seats in specific programs. What I can guarantee is my full dedication to helping students craft the strongest possible application. As your coach, my role is to guide and support you in presenting your story authentically and compellingly, ultimately increasing your chances of being admitted to your target schools.

  • The best way to find out is to schedule a free consultation. During this session, we’ll discuss your student’s goals and needs, and I’ll explain how I can help. This conversation is pressure-free and focused on determining if we’re a good match to work together.

  • Spots fill up quickly due to my limited availability. Reach out as early as possible to discuss your student’s needs and reserve a spot for the upcoming admissions cycle. Simply request a consultation in the Contact page to get started.
